Collection: Mike Miller

A native of Los Angeles, photographer/director Mike Miller has photographed hundreds of album covers and various musicians from Tupac, Sting, Nick Cave to Herb Alpert, and he has photographed some of the most iconic supermodels of our time. Celebrities Angelina Jolie, Jack Nicholson, Cameron Diaz, James Franco, and Will Smith etc. While attending The American College of Switzerland, my curiosity for photography grew. I moved to Paris and began assisting fashion photographers. On a visit home to LA I signed with Herb Ritts photo agency Visage. And moved back and been shooting ever since with an emphasis in music.

Past clients include: Ferrari, Sony, Nike, Puma, the MTV Video Music Awards, Coca-Cola, Capitol Records, Sony Music, CBS Records, Def Jam Music, Island Music, Atlantic Records, Universal Music, Virgin Records, Priority Music, A&M Records, Interscope Records, Warner Bros. Records, etc...

Miller grew up in Southern California amid the skateboarding, surfing, punk, and low-rider car scene. After College, he worked with Warner Bros. Pictures and received his artistic grounding as a fashion photographer and traveled across Europe on assignment. To date, Miller’s work has been featured in numerous exhibitions, this past year he had an exhibition at the New York Public Library and CAM Museum in Los Angeles. His work is part of the LA Liber Amicorum, for The Getty Institute Museum. Also featured in the collections of the Smithsonian and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
