How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping and delivery is handled with the utmost care. The Morrison Hotel Gallery staff carefully inspect each photograph. Framed pieces are packaged in hard, padded boxes. Unframed pieces are delivered in wide, hard tubes. All packages are insured. Prints are delivered within 4-6 weeks of purchase. For more information contact our offices at 800-778-9988.

Are all the photographs hand signed and limited editions?

If the photographer is living, the photograph will be hand signed. If not, they will be posthumous editions provided by their estate. The editions vary from photographer to photographer. Please contact one of our galleries for specific information on a particular photograph.

How do you frame the photographs?

All of our photographs are framed in high quality, black wood frames with archival matting.

Please note: Framing is non refundable.

What about duty and customs for international orders?

All duties and customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. MHG has no control over these costs.

Is everything on your website available to be seen in the galleries?

Unfortunately not. We wish we could do this, however we represent over 125 photographers and don't have the physical space to show everything by each photographer.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Framing is non refundable.

All prints by Lynn Goldsmith or from the Lynn Goldsmith Collection of Elvis Presley Photographs are non refundable and non exchangeable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@morrisonhotelgallery.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is your refund policy?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
