March, 1970, Sebring, Florida, during a 12 hour race. Steve on mini-cycle with a broken left foot riding down pit lane on practice day; co-driving his 908 Porsche with Peter Revson, they placed 2nd overall; this was Steve's test run before filming his feature film Le Mans in 1971 the following year.
