Jimi Hendrix Hanging Out With The Rolling Stones, Madison Square Garden, NYC, 1969
On the occasion of Jimi’s birthday he visited the Stones at their Madison Square Garden concert. He kindly asked me to tag along. Ian Stewart, the Stone’s long time road manager and part time pianist (referenced in the Zeppelin song Boogie With Stu) is on the far right. Jimi, Mick and Charlie Watts are conversing on some matter of import. –EKpanel size 24 x 48 design by Peter Kavanaugh
