“In this moment in time, Biggie picked me up from my house in a huge limousine. He was no longer the bumbling kid I met three years back, when I shot him smoking a blunt on his rooftop. His four time platinum album had made him the central figure of East Coast Hip Hop. We drove back to his hood in Bed-Stuy to shoot him casually on his block. He had no recollection of the pictures we did back in the day. A couple of weeks later, he was shot dead in the streets of LA.
