25, The Quarter-Centennial Celebration

First opening its doors in 2001, Morrison Hotel Gallery remains the industry leader in music photography, taking great pride in the representation and proliferation of more than 125 luminary artists. To honor the occasion, Morrison Hotel proudly presents 25, a quarter-centennial anniversary retrospective on public view in New York City and Los Angeles starting this Thursday, July 16.

From Henry Diltz's landmark 1969 lensing of The Doors' widely-storied Morrison Hotel album cover, the session that started it all, to the exceptional candids of Bob Gruen, the unbridled essences captured by Lynn Goldsmith, the crystalline portraiture of Norman Seeff, the unequivocal cool of Danny Clinch and more, the archive's most enduring figures embodied by a range of MHG photographers take centerstage in this special anniversary exhibition will remain on public view through August 3rd, 2026.
