Jimi Hendrix, NYC, 1968
ABOUT THIS PIECE
Jimi used The Scene as his own personal rehearsal space. Trying out new ideas, testing musicians and making selections for possible inclusion in the recording of the “Electric Lady Land” album at the Record Plant just around the corner on 44th street. Showing his prowess as an all around musician, he is playing Noel Redding’s bass up side down accompanying jazz guitarist Larry Coryell in a jam. –EKAll four prints to be sold together for $1200.00
